Please note that due to compliance with government regulations, the hotel will ask for either a passport with valid entry visa or UAE identity card to be presented at the reception desk upon arrival.
Room rate showing with the booking page/confirmation letter are not included in the 10% service charge and 10% municipality fee. The payable rate to the hotel for any room booking will be applicable to additional 20% charges.

• A damage deposit of د.إ500 is required on arrival. That's about $136. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
